Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or canceled without enough notice, it’s unlikely that time can be filled, which impacts my small business. Thank you for respecting both my time and the needs of other clients.

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Made within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• No-Shows: Not arriving and not contacting me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late Arrivals: Your session will end at the originally scheduled time so I can stay on track for the next client.
